Gogo charters were easy to work with. Calling them was quick and I'm a few they emailed me a quite with details for the trip i was looking at. Trip was perfect and James was such a great driver

Booking on the GOGO platform was great. They took our detailed itinerary and build a trip customized to our needs and requirements. No follow up was required as they were on time and driver already had the trip planned out

Had a nice trip on a bus that was with GOGO Charters. The event had several of their buses and they were all very nice. Buses were there on time and again picked up our entire team on the way back. Our trips on their buses were absolutely perfect

Booked bus 30 days in advance for 50 people for a two day trip to Cincinnati. Gogo called 2 days before the trip and said the bus broke down and would need 3 weeks to be repaired (so the sales rep says). It was such a lie that I could tell by his tone that he wasn't telling the truth. The so called "Biggest" bus charter in the country didn't have replacement and couldn't find a replacement. They claim to own their own buses which is the farthest from the truth. They are a broker with great marketing who takes your money and tries to find a bus after the fact. To say the least, it was a nightmare working with GOGO. Very unprofessional outfit. I recommend going with a company that actually owns their buses.

Our service with GOGO was really good. Helpful staff and also Jerry was amazing. Nicest driver I’ve ever experienced. No problems at all so I really enjoyed them.

Trip with GOGO was really good. They were really helpful and also felt that their booking process was easier relative to other charters we had. Their team knew the area very well and helped with our charter

GOGO charters was a great charter option for renting a charter. Their service was so easy to book and use which was the best part as other bus companies took forever to either call me back, reply to my email or send me a quote that I requested. Very impressed by The professionalism from GOGO

I paid a down payment for a group to reserve the buses and within 8 hours, the group decided not to use the service. This was more than two weeks before the trip. Gogo Charters refused to give me back my $460. Legally, that's their right. But morally, that's utterly wrong. They know I'm just some guy trying to coordinate travel for 50 people. Don't book with Gogo! They are ruthless!

Booking with gogo was great. We took a private charters with them out of Florida and they really impressed me and my guests with their level of professionalism and quality of vehicle and driver

I was really impressed with the quality of service and also vehicle that i had when I booked a charter bus with GOGO Charters. They were able to schedule the charter via the phone call we had and I did not need to go there in person to book. Everything was electronic which made the experience fantastic

Our bus charter with GOGO charters went really well. I called early AM and works with Cody. He was able to send a charter bus quote to me for a trip to take 80 passengers up to San Francisco. The quote came via email and I was able to book it online. Few days later we got the driver info and the next day the bus showed up on time at the exact defined location. Driver Mike was amazing and the bus was nice too! Great trip for us

What a beautiful bus. James was such a nice chauffeur and was dressed in a suit and tie and his drivers hat. He loaded all the quest on the vehicle and served ice water per request. Great stuff and happy to have used the bus from GOGo
