I ordered several items from gte. They were either not delivered at all or delivered to the incorrect address by ups. Gte refuses to replace the shipment or refund the shipment because ups says it was delivered. I've checked my ring camera, no deliveries were made to my home the day ups claims it was delivered. Don't make the mistake I made . Pay a little more and get your products from a real company that wants satisfied customers

I purchased two separate refining kits, one on eBay and one from the website. Both kits were reasonably priced and they allow me that refine gold. I discovered that one of the acids is expired and they offered to replace it. I don't know what happened with these other reviews but I am having an excellent experience and they are standing behind their product.

I ordered a testing KIT and all received a empty storage box! Email Reference ID: [#93b2f2d983ba49359039c12941a492d4] the ad said GOLD AND SILVER TESTING KIT! what's the deal, either send me the acids to go with the KIT or refund my purchase price!

I have been purchase their products again and again. However last order was wrong so ı requested return and refund. They said that my demand is nonacceptable. After that they did't answered my all e-mails never .It is bad customer services experience. They lost loyal customer.
