Never again

Perfumes are lovely but their online shipping and customer service? Appalling. Placed an order on the 27th Nov which was dispatched (supposedly) the next day - 28th. After 11 days the package has still not been scanned into the courier network, and customer service have offered absolutely no resolve in the way or refund or replacement. A joke. Just go and find a stockist, do not waste your time and money trying to order directly from them.

Be wary!

This company ran a social media campaign offering a free perfume sample & entry into a competition ending 31.05.25 to those who filled in their forms, signed up to mailing lists AND recruited others to do the same by reposting the ad on other groups. They then sent a link with a “code” to claim the sample but when you tried to do so they were “out of stock”! I went on the main website and could order a 2ml sample if I was willing to pay £10 postage??? which I was not. At 02.01am on Wednesday 14th May I received a back in stock notification so tried again immediately (I just happened to be online at a peculiar time) but it still came up as out of stock. I messaged the company directly from their chat with us page to ask what was happening as by this time I was becoming extremely suspicious. Their website was still promoting the share to recruit others at this time. Unfortunately the chat bot timed out and when I refreshed the page after querying the validity of the offer and my suspicions - they had changed their entire main homepage to redact the share content information and had bought forward the end of the competition to 14.05.25. ALL THESE REDACTIONS & CHANGES WERE DONE WITHIN THE HOUR OF ME MESSAGING THEM TO ASK FOR ANSWERS?? It took them over 48 hours to respond to my message and even that was essentially brushing me off as was generic in tone and didn’t really align with the queries I had raised? I would be wary dealing with this company as they are registered in America even though the company is supposedly Australian.
Edited 23.05.25 - I did eventually get an email back ( a further 48 hours later) apologising for not reading the initial queries correctly and which claimed it was just a coincidence that their home page changed when it did? I did manage to claim my sample in the end, which arrived quickly, was a good quality and well packaged. However communication is still extremely slow considering how much they charge for products that are full price and not part of any offers etc, and I personally remain dubious, as the only way to contact them is through the chat bot on their website. That may just be me being extra cautious due to the numerous issues I faced but I have left this review up so that people can make their own decisions as some may have had a great experience, just not myself unfortunately and is why I have only given them 3 stars as I feel that they over reached with the social media campaign which doesn’t usually occur with well established or high end brands.
