Really easy to use and very quick payment

My gold and silver was received and a quote sent the day after Id sent it in the post. The quote was higher than originally given which was a nice surprise plus I got an extra £10 for sending the gold within 48hours. The payment was in my account the same day ! Very impressed with their service.

Honestly, everything went without a hitch from beginning to end. Great communication. I cannot fault anything. What was advised/promised was all honoured. In fact prices had gone up a little and so I ended up with more than I had hoped. Having never sold my jewellery before , I was apprehensive about selling online but I would not hesitate to deal with them again and also to recommend them to others.

A very trustworthy company. I sent them an item that I thought wasn't very valuable, and they were honest, valuing it much more and even updating the gold price, which had risen in the days between sending and receiving the envelope. Excellent service. I recommend them and wish them much success.

Wow! If I hadn't read about GoldMonkeys in the Telegraph, I probably wouldn't have trusted the service. Within 24 hours I have received a great payout direct to my bank account for some old gold jewellery which had been stuck in the drawer for years. Excellent service and communication.
