I found this website by chance, and I am sooo glad I found it! My mum's necklace had broken and she has the Singapore twist curb chain and I found that specific type hard to come across. But thankfully, Gold Reserves had it! Super quick delivery and one very very happy mum 😀 definitely recommend these jewellers 10/10!

I don't normally write reviews but Evie went so far above and beyond with her customer service I felt I had to.
She was super friendly, knowledgeable, knew exactly which rings were in my size, gave me time to consider with no pressure, even showed me the website and told me about other stores as I wasn't sure whether to buy that day or not. I ended up purchasing a ring that day as the experience was so enjoyable because of her. After I had bought my ring I asked if she had long left in work and any plans that evening and she admitted she was supposed to close a couple of minutes before, but not once did I feel rushed! She would have stayed late to secure the sale which shows how dedicated she is. She needs to be front of house and given a raise... or cloned(!) Very happy with the ring itself, looks more expensive than it is and will definitely buy again from you, but I'll find out where Evie is to do it!

Ordering process was easy, plus I was given a discount code for being a first time customer and it was quite late in the day so my only concern was a countdown timer for items to be dispatched that day and I wanted to enquire about something, really it shouldn’t have bothered me but for some reason it did but it wasn’t dispatched after all so I needn’t have rushed to pay really but I was excited in finding something I’ve been looking for, for a while now, but I wanted one at a reasonable price this one was, all sizing looked just perfect going by the photos so I paid, I did send an email but didn’t get a reply, I just wish now that all information was added as the Rope Chain Necklace was thinner than it looked and I expected, as I was looking for a 2cm thickness and the one I received was considerably thinner, I’m sure I could have returned but I’ve decided to keep it anyway.

Placed an order which was supposed to be same day despatch, it wasn’t despatched on the day, so I cancelled the order as I knew I was then going to be away when delivery was attempted. I have since contacted Gold Reserves to see if the item is still available to order, I have left two What’s app messages and a voice message yesterday morning but no reply?

Thank you Julie-Ann at Llanelli store today. After having had a good price for some old earrings, she asked me if I had anything else… just a small bag of costume jewellery to go the Charity shop I said. She saw a chain which I thought wasn’t gold but it was!! £185 worth. I cannot believe my luck!

I went there today (Swansea store) and a woman named Dawn served me, I gave her all the bits I have and she was brilliant with me. She went through everything with me and gave me the best price for what I had. I was very happy.
