I have contacted several times for orders that are still pending since January 31 I have at least nine items ordered have not received one yet. No one answers the phone calls. It is all in French and the emails see I may see the product they’re still waiting. I will hopefully see something from these people. It is hard to believe you can sell a product and have to wait over three months to see anything come in they should have a stock supply.

I placed an oder for Germania Mint bars around early February via Inter-ac (Order #21575 & 21258). I have communicated with Julien to ask if my order was confirmed, given the fact it showed confirmed on my account profile. I am also aware of the delayed delivery, and copper shortage - So i am aware of the supply chain disruption. Upon receiving confirmation from Julien, I was told my order would arrive mid March. I e-mailed julien three times following up on the query, to no avail. I also attempted to log onto my account, in which for whatever reason has been deleted. I wanted to try a new bullion provider, as i was refer to GSB by a friend.. unfortunately, at this point i believe I've been scammed. i typically oder bullion from sprott money, toronto gold bullion and the RCM directly but i wanted to give this one a try given the unique mints they have.
For reference, the estimated delivery date on the website has changed to April 1st, 2026.

The selection of coins is remarkable and almost always at the lowest price I can find online.
