I don’t normally leave reviews for anything but felt compelled to do so for Golf Escapes. Seriously impressed with the standards of customer service this company has delivered during the Corona virus situation. We had booked a golf holiday with them for April but naturally we’re unable to go. From my very first phone enquiry they immediately agreed to refund the total amount without trying or even suggesting a credit note or pushing us to reschedule to another date. They then kept us informed at each stage as to when the refund would be paid and totally kept to their word. Obviously someone at the top recognises that treating customers fairly and transparently is the most sensible route to follow if you want to maintain and improve your brand for the future We fully intended to rebook this particular golf holiday at a later date anyway, but now more than ever we will support this company. I only hope that they survive in the long term as they truly deserve to. Keep up your good works Golf Escapes and best wishes to you all.

I was part of a party of 11 ladies due to travel to Spain in April of this year. I would like to thank Kim for arranging a full refund to everyone in our party. She was very professional but maintained friendliness at all times. She made you feel assured that she would do everything possible to sort things out for us. I would definitely recommend Golf Escapes as they are an extremely customer focussed company.

Just a quick thank you to Kim, Matt and Rachael at GE who have dealt with our tricky refund issue as promptly as I think possible over the past 4 weeks.

Our Holiday was cancelled of course along with many others this spring, and there has had to be a steady stream of communication between them and myself to sort out all the resulting issues. It hasn't helped that there were 16 of us to organise.

All done now....but because of the way they have sorted they will be getting new business from myself as soon as possible......and that's before of course you talk about the way they organised the holiday in the first place which started at 8 and.......grew!!!!!

A lot of golf holiday company's out there of course but GE one that I would recommend. Just shows what staff/company's can do when they work the problems/organise the holiday properly and do not bluster or forget to contact properly.

I was booked by this company for a golf holiday in March which was needless to say cancelled. The company promised a full refund which has now been received . Throughout the process the company kept me advised and answered emails by return.
This organisation is in my view one of integrity and with whom I would definitely book again

I will definitely be using their services again going forward.

My group have booked 16 golf breaks over past 12 years. This includes breaks to Spain,Portugal and Turkey. We have always had fantastic service and all the holidays have gone without a hitch. Due to COVID 19 our latest holiday going to Turkey cancelled, there was no hesitation from Mike Bryant and his team with reimbursing the payment.
I will definitely be using their services again going forward.

Had a golf break book in March right at the beginning of the outbreak, this meant our break had to be cancelled. Golf Escapes have been brilliant in all this. We got a full refund. Just looking forward to booking with them agian in the near future when all this is behind us.

My third Golf Escape Group Holiday has been cancelled due to Coronavirus. My previous experience with them has been first class. Excellent service, support & organisation that ensured our previous Golf Trips were thoroughly enjoyable. Particular thanks to Stuart. Once again, in difficult circumstances for everyone, Golf Escapes has given guidance & support which has been customer focused and provided a full refund for our group holiday. Excellent service. Many thanks to Kim for her help & support. We would not hesitate to recommend Golf Escapes to fellow golfers and hope to be enjoying our next golfing holiday with them in the future.

What an awful time to be a travel agent! Golf Escapes have remained courteous and helpful throughout the gloom and actioned my request when I (sadly) asked for a refund. I will head for Golf Escpapes as my go-to provider when the world goes back to normal. Thank you.

Although it took awhile, understandably in the current circumstances, I have now received a full refund. Thanks to the staff of Golf Escapes that have done this and the ethics shown as several companies may not be offering refunds on cancelled trips, only credit notes. I'll definately be re-booking with them again when the time is right.

Golf Escapes were superb in organizing our golfing holiday for our party of 8 golfers. We had been to Turkey for the previous few years and wanted a change.
They booked us on PGA Catalunya for the golf and into a hotel in Girona for the week.
Sadly due the coronavirus pandemic the holiday was cancelled but they were equally superb in returning our money without delay.
We will be back.

Great service throughout the current issues. Kim in particular was a great help and would thougrougly recommend booking with them as the process is excellent.

Just returned from a successful trip to Praia del Rey. Golf Escapes were most helpful at planning stage and arrangements worked well, apart from problem with buggy hire that was the hotel fault.
