Golf Locker is not worth it. Way overpriced.
Received my first box and all four items were over priced (cheaper elsewhere by 10.00+ dollars) and three were not a color I would wear. Returned three and keep one. Received a 12.00 price adjustment for the one item since it was cheaper elsewhere too. All fine right? NOPE. They deactivated my account because they said that Golf Locker is not for me due to my feedback for the returned items being overpriced. Like I was just to overpay... CANCELLED. Just find your shirts and hats elsewhere and save yourself the hassle.
They are overcharging for everything. And, you are supposed to be happy with it. Try it. Look up the item online vs. your charged price and you will need to get an adjustment back. If I have to do that to get honest pricing on every item, it is no longer an honest transaction. Honest pricing is what I was expecting.

Garrett Maun, thank you for your initial interest in My Golf Locker. Your review differs from the feedback that you supplied for your initial shipment.
For the Puma polo that you said you found for less elsewhere, we refunded you $12.01 per our price guarantee, because we were able to verify your information. For the Puma shorts you received and claimed they were less expensive elsewhere, you weren't able to provide a link for that price difference for the same item, so there was no refund available.
For the white polo and hat that you were sent, those were included in your Locker shipment because you indicated in your profile that you would like to see white in your Locker shipments. You never asked us to price match either of these items. You simply returned them via our free return system.
Therefore, your claim that "all four items were over priced (cheaper elsewhere by 10.00+ dollars)..." doesn't match what you told us with your feedback, nor is this claim accurate.
Our service is not about discounted items from previous seasons. We provide items from the most current season from the top brands in golf while providing supreme customer service.
Since you are looking for highly discounted items that you may or may not find online from previous seasons, then our service is simply not a good fit for you.
Again, thank you for your initial interest in our service. Have a great rest of your season.

Garrett, you've updated your review now with even more falsehoods. We do not overcharge for everything. That's simply false. Per our Terms of Service - "We guarantee you will not find a lower price for the items sent to you from any brand-authorized retailer during your review period, or we'll refund you the difference."
Again, Garrett, if you are looking for discounted items on last year's products that you may or may not find online, then our service is not for you.

Products are Excellent. Customer Service Could be BetterLacks a Little
Maybe it is all my fault for not returning items that don't fit within their accepted timeframe, but other retailers will accept returns anytime. I guess I am just used to dealing with them. Make sure you know GolfLocker's policy, otherwise they will return the ill-fitting items and make you deal with it. When I buy $100 shirts and jackets, I just expected a little better service.
Response to Golf Locker: I did return three items, one of which I think was getting close to the six months, but I returned three in one box to save you the postage. I understand you don't care about that now. However, when you pay this much for your clothing and they DO NOT FIT, I expect better customer service than what you delivered. Rather than an e-mail, what is wrong with a personal call. It isn't as cold and heartless as the e-mail was. What happened to "the customer is always right?" I stand by what I said in the review. Your customer support could use improvement, especially as indicated by the tone of your response to your review. The nice part is that I have a choice of who I do business with. Call me if you feel it might be worth it.

Our return policy is the same as it has been for the last 23 years. We allow 60 days for returns. You returned an item that was sent to you over 6 months ago, which was the same size and brand as items that you've kept in the past, and we returned the item to you at no charge.
Customer service is paramount to us, and vastly appreciated by our Patrons as illustrated in our reviews here.

It was awesome
It was awesome. The first box had a nice shirt that even it said was a M and I’m a M/L it fit perfectly and I plan to wear in day 2 of my Club Championship. Need a little bonus help which I hope it gives me. The pants are nice and will be used in the fall. Good job

Love the convenience. They correctly picked my sizes. Shipping was quick. I enjoy being sent styles and prints I might not choose on my own. I had a question about one of the products shipped. I emailed them and within 30 minutes they emailed me back to address my question. I will repeatedly be back.
