We have been with Good Energy for many…

We have been with Good Energy for many years due to their green credentials. We have always received very good advice, when asked. Recently we were considering updating our solar array and needed to discuss some technicalities. We had heard that some energy companies caused issues when customers had installed new technology. Great communication

It’s a small thing really - but I had a smart meter whose comm unit needed upgrading.
Process was efficient - even for remote rural Highlands. Took a few attempts - I advised two engineers to cancel due to hazardous weather (deep snow in one instance).

But GE kept track.

I had a very difficult and stressful problem. Donna M was very helpful, she went above and beyond. She answered all my emails very quickly and explained everything in detail. She helped my stress level immensely. This was over several months

I’ve recently had solar and battery…

I’ve recently had solar and battery installed by good energy, the team have been great from start to finish with any problems I’ve had along the way. I have also recently switched to good energy as my provider, Michaela has been a fantastic help getting me sorted with my switch, she was very knowledgeable and assured everything would be taken care of which put me at ease

Outstanding customer service

I phoned Good Energy this morning to sort out access to my online account and spoke to Manashi (Flex Clean Energy Specialist). The call lasted quite a while as we sorted out my original problem and a few other issues besides. Manashi was helpful, efficient, considerate and kind throughout – it is rare that I consider contacting a company as being a pleasure, but this really was! Thank you Manashi and Good Energy.
