Absolut dogshit app on Windows tablets. Its not even an app. Its a browser application posing to be an app, huge loading times, input lag, render times out of this world. Nothing is saved on your device, everything gets downloaded everytime again. Every semester i have to delete everything or it will take minutes to load anything everytime i click on a folder. Have a 200 page script for uni? It will load only the page youre on, when scrolling everything is black and will only load the page then. This is on a Microsoft Surface 9 Pro where OneNote performes a billion times better. I wish i never paid for this shit

I was having an issue with changing my email. I sent a support ticket, and they took care of it.

I had a problem with the email in my account. I filled out a form, they got back to me in just a couple hours. We went back and forth for a while with some questions I had, the response was quick and clear, and they managed to solve my issue.

2 Tage vor dem Staatsexamen mehrere Stunden Arbeit in ein anderes Dokument Kopiert. Nach kurzem Arbeiten in einem anderen Dokument gehe ich zurück und alles ist Weg. Nie wieder Goodnotes!

Accurate, speedy response and polite!

I used this app for months and one day, i got a loading wheel and nothing ever happened after that. I tried contacting support but only directed me to methods i could try on my own and they all failed. I lost months of in depth online study notes that i could never recover. i would never recommend this product to anyone, ever.

Feeling really grateful for the help and support received. It truly means a lot that time and effort were put into resolving the issue. So happy to have access to the GoodNotes account again, and everything went so smoothly. Migrating the files in less than 24 hours was such a relief. Really thankful for the excellent service and support.

Great customer service. It turned out that I had bought two licenses using my daughter's email via different login methods. I wish the login and the licensing method were simpler, but Hazel patiently guided me through the process,

I had a problem with changing my email address so I contacted goodnotes for support. They immediatly got back to me and helped me with my issue. Now I have my email changed and I was also able to keep my Subscription (Special Edition) I had on my wrong email., It was quick, easy and conclusive

I've changed my cellphone, then I couldn't use Goodnotes and forgot to subscribe it. I asked customer center if I can get a refund, I got a quick reply and got a refund quickly.
