Hi Mr Owens,

I want to sincerely apologize again for the delay and the lack of communication regarding your order. As I mentioned in my email in December, we faced significant challenges with our previous partner who was responsible for both jarring and shipping. Due to these ongoing issues, we made the decision to relocate to a new facility just before Christmas, which unfortunately diverted our focus and impacted our response times.

After contacting APC at the time, I learned that while a shipping label was generated for your order, trigging the despatch emails, the parcel was never shipped. This was one of the key reasons we moved to a new site, as we were let down by the having the wrong partners. We’ve since set up with a new facility, and all shipments are now being handled through Royal Mail.

I’m happy to report that your order was shipped from our new facility shortly after, and we’ve worked hard to ensure that all future orders are fulfilled in a much more timely and reliable manner. We’re confident that the changes we’ve made will result in fewer delays, damages, and missing shipments moving forward.

Thanks for your review and I completley understand the issue re response times. We've made some big changes implimneted at the tailend of December 24 and are on the ball from here onward. I hope we can provide much better service from here on.

Thanks for your review and for your support. I'm glad you really enjoy our sauerkraut and you're right, we've had some challenges in 2024 which left us unable to give the great service we wanted.

We had a very tough year in 2024 and I’d like to explain a bit about the challenges we faced with our previous supplier. Unfortunately, we encountered some serious issues with them, including deliberate improper packing that led to damaged products during transit, ongoing billing for shipping that wasn't being carried out. It also became clear that orders were being packed incorrectly on purpose which directly affected our customers experiences. We ultimately made the serious decision to move to a new supplier to ensure this never happens again and spent December getting set up in new facilities which took over for us from on 20th December. Moving forward we're able to offer much better services and we're seeing really positive results in just a few short weeks of being away from our previous supplier.

Please know that moving forward we're able to provide much better service and we look forward to providing you with more delicious sauerkraut in the future!

I’m truly sorry that this was your experience with us. As I mentioned in my email to you in November, we faced ongoing challenges with our supplier, including an issue with jar labels that caused delays we weren’t informed about. Once the jars arrived and were damaged I refunded your order.

In the same email, I also mentioned that we were working on securing a new production site to address these recurring problems, such as shipping delays and damages. I’m happy to confirm that we’ve successfully transitioned to a new partner, and since the end of December, we’ve been able to provide a much smoother and more reliable service.

I understand your frustration and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. I do want to assure you that a refund was processed at the time.

Hi Andrew,

I'm sorry we fell short here and you faced delays in getting a responce. I know I spoke with you about this and arranged for a replacement to be sent out but please let me know if there was any issues with the replacement or if I can help in any other way.

We've made some huge changes and set up in new facilities at the end of December where we've seen such positive changes in delivery/shipping. I hope we can provide you with a much better service moving forward.

Thanks for your review and I'm sorry you faced such long delviery times.

We recently moved away from our previous supplier as we were facing huge delays/damages/order mispicks and couldnt provide the best service we wanted. I'm pleased to say that at the end of December we moved to new facilities and have seen really positive changes! We're able to ship orders every day and now use Royal Mail to ensure speedy and so far safe delivery.

I’m really sorry to hear about your experience, and I truly apologize for the damages to your order. I did reach out on the 27th to apologize and offer replacements, and I hope they arrived in one piece.

2024 was a challenging year for us, and I want to be open about the difficulties we faced with our previous supplier. Unfortunately, we experienced serious issues, including improper packing, which led to damaged products during transit, as well as billing discrepancies for shipping that wasn’t being carried out. It became clear that orders were being packed incorrectly, which directly impacted our customers’ experience.

After much consideration, we made the decision to move to a new supplier to prevent these issues from happening again. We’ve spent December setting up new facilities, and since December 20th, they’ve been handling our orders. The results so far have been really positive, and we’re confident we can offer a much better service moving forward.

We truly appreciate your support, and I hope we can have the chance to provide you with more delicious sauerkraut in the future if you decide to give us another chance.

Hi Heather,

I'm really sorry this was your experience with us. We were falling short with our customer service and response times in 2024 which is something we've made great efforts to improve on.

We recently moved to new facilities and have seen some great results in damage reduction along with taking on board feedback about better packaging/fragile labels etc which has made a huge improvement.

I'm sorry you had this experience with us. I know at the time I arranged a replacement for you, but I completely understand that our response times were not up to standard. This is something we've taken very seriously, and we've made improvements to ensure we provide a much more efficient and timely service moving forward.
