I was looking for some new walking…
I was looking for some new walking boots, I needed wide fitting and Andrea knew exactly what would be comfortable for me. Plus she showed me how to tie the laces properly after all these years I’ve been doing it wrong. And she recommended some nice places to eat and drink locally as well are visiting Aviemore. Great service and advice thank you

Angus was very helpful in helping choose a new hiking pack. He explained the differences of a few models and gave some good real world examples over some of the pros and cons.

Although shop was busy, customer service was great along with advice for required items. Staff pleasant and friendly. Store clean and tidy.

Great experience!
Jo was amazing. So helpful and accommodating. Very attentive and knowledgeable. Found the perfect pair of walking boots and the perfect socks too! I was even allowed to remove the insoles from the boots to put my vionic insoles in before walking around the store to check for comfort etc. Thanks Jo!

A good experience with excellent service
In the Aviemore store today looking for a number of items. Joanne was very knowledgeable and helpful and also patient as we took a long time to make any decisions.
Go Outdoors has a good selection of brands and seems to offer better value than many other outdoor shops.

Brilliant customer service
Simple, brilliant and honest customer service from Andrea at the Aviemore store. After a total failure of one tent while on holiday, she helped us by providing honest customer service. I expected a "discussion" and I was so pleased it didn't go that way! Would've been nice for her to not be a one-woman-band at the time we turned up!

Stargazer II fails in high wind.
Aviemore Go Outdoors (Andrea) was able to help us when the seam tore in the wind on our Kampa Stargazer II, hassle free experience in the middle of a holiday. Helped us get another replacement tent which will hopefully stand up better to the wind.

Extremely helpful advice from Andrea to get my partner back on their feet after their existing walking boots started rubbing due to new insoles. Made sure we can walk out with new shoes on by dealing with all the packaging for us. Thank you.

Great helpful staff
Great helpful staff, served by Andrea who was very knowledgeable and gave me great advice on what jacket to buy. Lovely shop, very tidy and well set out. My husband also bought an umbrella and my son bought a belt .

Pleasant Shopping Experience
