Great customer service was shown when I went to the Bangor GoOutdoors store. I was served by Puck on Saturday 13th of June. He helped me pick out some hiking boots and gave me a variety of best choices for hiking boots. Very down to earth and hard working. Thank you Puck.

The young man who helped me with my choice of sandals was very polite. When the ones that I had seen on the shelf weren’t available in my size, he made constructive suggestions about alternatives. I found the ones that I wanted and went on my way.

Nabeil’s customer service
I went into Bangor go outdoors today (this isn’t our usual store ans we were just visiting the anre) and was delighted with the service of Nabeil. He was polite attentive and knowledgeable about hiking boots super friendly and offered many alternatives when we couldn’t find what we were looking for, walked out with the perfect boot for me. One of the best experiences at a go outdoors I’ve had. :)
