I only had a brief window of opportunity to buy what I needed today, but Brandon was on hand to help me out. I needed a large rucksack (for work) and a lightweight waterproof jacket for a holiday. I am a GO Outdoors member, and got a great deal on both. Brandon fully explained the returns policy, and was helpful without being 'in my face'.

Bought 4 chairs and renewed our discount card today. We were served by Brandon who was very helpful, polite and friendly. Other members of staff friendly too. It’s a pleasure to shop in the Blackpool store.

Great place to get all your outdoor essentials at great prices. Courtney, Sam and Adam were great downstairs and by far the friendliest set of staff in Blackpool. The guy upstairs is a classic member of staff who has helped me over the years was also great(no idea of his name sorry).
Great to see one shop understands that personality counts.

I visited Ur store in Blackpool town center was looking for a camping air bed single on Ur shelfs up stairs sat ten pound for single airbed came down stairs to tills only to find out that they telling me a single airbed is retail price £28 but if u have a discount card that will help with a discount. I sorry a discount card still wouldn't get the airbed for tenner like say on shelf. No way am i paying tht much for a single airbed i would rather sleep on cold floor than pay tht price it's fine got one for 12pounds out of a better store Ur store is a rip off and won't b using it again poor service poor standard

I wanted a light waterproof jacket and had a couple in mind when your staff member pointed out some features I was unaware of and I came away with a great jacket at a very competitive price thanks to the membership scheme and an additional discount for April.

Thanks to Sam for all his Knowledge, he now exactly what we needed and helped us out from the food bags to the right rucksack and sleeping mat .for somebody that is doing a Duke of Edinburgh. This is the person to go to thanks again, Sam.

Friendly polite staff. Ordering process very easy, although it would have been better if it could be done over the telephone as we wouldn't have had to make a trip into Blackpool

Needed a pair of boots that were both lightweight and non-slip. Fortunately, I had the luck to be helped by Sam. Nothing was too much trouble for this assistant. He was happy to make several trips to the storeroom and offered me lots to choose from. Apart from his customer-centric attitude, I was impressed by his product knowledge. A bright, confident young man to whom I was pleased to hand over money to . .
