Useless for its job!
The windbreak I have struggled to buy through 3 different orders is actually Useless As the ground spikes are not only way too small but Not strong enough to go into the ground and hold a “Windbreak”!
By virtue of the job it’s not adequate and I will be returning it!!
Shame as matches the tent!!

Jed and Adam are Canterbury legends
Jed and Adam are absolute legends in the Canterbury store. Brilliant customer service - they really looked after my kids and I. We now have bikes that are perfect for what we need. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

Happy with the product

Great staff, everyone was really helpful! Especially Adam V, really friendly, knowledgeable guy!

Adam R gave me lots of advice
Adam R gave me lots of good advice , sold me the right tent. I came back a week later, having tried to do a dummy run putting it up at home, and failing miserably. He very kindly showed me how to put it up, and, most importantly, how to get it back in the bag, and not spill out, as I did!
Adam R is a first class sales person, very knowledgeable and helpful...Thank you Adam!
Oh, and the tent? Berghaus Adara 300 with night shading...a superb tent, used for 8 days at a festival. The night shading for the bedroom meant a bit more sleep in the mornings, and the extra headroom made it a really good tent for a 6' / 183 cm person..

Adam was absolutely brilliant. My son & friends are going on their first independent camping /hiking trip. Adam was fantastic, he answered all our questions, gave practical advice on what equipment was needed and why, helped the boys think about safety and night time needs. He was encouaging and supportive, he even gave a couple of suggestions on places worth checking out in the area they are staying. Exceptional service, thank you so much.

Worth the drive to have a look.
Been in twice this week to get the bits on my wishlist, very helpful and friendly staff. Once was just before closing and today was mid afternoon, certainly worth the drive for what they have on offer to look at! Member of staff on the till was happy & friendly. Couldn’t recommend more.

Just use eBay
Never had what I ordered online in stock, ended up a £3.50 brush with £3.60 delivery WTF, Told them to cancel everything so far the dish and one brush have been refunded, not the second brush that's of no use without the bowl, not the member ship fee that isn't worth a wnak.
