GO Outdoors - Cardiff Opiniões

We bought a camp bed parts missing and sleeping bag broke

Popped in to get advice on a coat to take to Everest base camp and James is the man for it. Took the time to look through them & give advice on all the different types/ brands. Left the shop feeling happy with my purchase. Would highly recommend. Thank you James!

Went to the store today needing a new pair of walking boots. Asked for the help of a member of staff. Morgan T came to assist me. I was impressed with the young man’s knowledge and understanding of the products and bought my new pair based on his recommendation. Great, polite young man.

Joe is very helpful and happy to help

Fed up of the cheaper Mountain Warehouse boots that fall to pieces in a few months.
GO Outdoors was recommended by a friend who does a lot of outdoor walking/camping.
He recommended Scarpa as the best. Staff in store friendly and knowledgeable. Bought Scarpa GTX, tried them on and fitted like a glove. The quality is outstanding, they’re expensive but you get what you pay for. GO Compare has a huge selection of everything you could possibly need for the great outdoors. Well recommended.

I visited the store in Cardiff with a broken leg Joe was very helpful made sure I didn’t strain myself and helped me find everything that I needed really good service

Lovely customer service.
Quick and friendly

Had excellent service from Ffion. She was very patient and knowledgeable.
Very keen to try my new Keen shoes and thanks Ffion for all your help.

I asked two staff members at the entrance where to find a specific product, but obviously interrupted their conversation. They then proceeded to watch the only staff member doing any work (on the till) as the queue built up.

Very helpful and polite, friendly staff.
Good range of items.

Clean and tidy shop, helpful assistants especially in the area where you have to
Pick up online orders.

The staff was great very helpful on my visit

I took my bike to get repaired and I'm more than happy, the guy who fixed it is top class, it was done quicker than expected and for a good price.

Used in store stock to check if an item was in Cardiff, go to the store and no stock. Therefore had to order on line

The friendliness, expertise and dedication demonstrated by sales assistant Hannah in helping my wife and I select suitable hiking boots was above and beyond our expectations. Nothing was too much trouble. She is without any reservation a valuable asset to the Go Outdoors Cardiff operation. The store was well stocked with an excellent choice. Largely due to our experience we will have no hesitation in returning and recommending the store to others.

Hannah and Mel were absolutely lovely! Extremely personable and genuinely interested / invested in trying to find me the perfect hiking boot. Nothing was too much trouble and they had a wealth of knowledge which helped to narrow down what I needed. Unfortunately, I couldn't purchase the perfect boot as my size wasn't available, but I still greatly appreciate their help.
Fabulous staff, thank you!

Went into the Cardiff store today looking for some lightweight waterproof trousers that would fit into my fishing seatbox when not in use I had a look around and then found Mel and asked for help. Although they were working on the footwear dept they were quick to help and once I'd explained what I needed they took me to exactly where they were and helped me choose the perfect pair. I mentioned that there was some items I needed for fishing as well and I was helped to find exactly what I needed. Nothing was too much bother and the service and customer care provided was excellent. Adam on the till was just as friendly when I got round to paying. All in all a pleasant and enjoyable visit to the store.

So we were quite annoying customers, sending Mel back and fourth to get us different shoes and sizes. However, Mel was extremely kind, efficient, informative and helpful 😊 We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We will be back, thanks!

Went into the Cardiff store to source some equipment for a wild camping trip. Asked for advice around water purification equipment and found the staff to be very knowledgeable and helpful
