Michael was absolutely brilliant
Michael was absolutely brilliant. I came into the store with little to no knowledge regarding boots, however left understanding how to treat leather, what to look for, as well as look out for in a boot, and how to find and achieve the perfect fit for maximum comfort and satisfaction. I wouldn’t have found the perfect boot had it not been for his knowledge and willingness to stay and help, and I have no doubt that he would have been just as helpful with any other enquiries around the store had we had any. So thanks Michael, we’ll be back again!

Excellent customer service
We were looking for some light weight walking boots at the Chesterfield store. Richard came to help us and he was extremely knowledgeable about all the different brands on show. He helped us choose the correct type of boots and didn't mind that my partner seemed to want to try on the whole range! Richards expertise, patience and customer service skills are a credit to the store. Thank you

great service from Nathan. I was interested in 2 boots & 8 1/2; no 1/2 size so he brought out 8 & 9 in both boots. Having decided which one, he took them to the till and also checked we could get the extra Camping Club discount. Really good to get good service.

Helpful staff
Helpful staff who let me check if a sealed item could be used by my elderly mother. Even though they were having a sales meeting, they stopped as soon as they saw me hovering and asked if they could help.

We rang to check if they had something in stock so as not to waste our journey (Nottingham to Chesterfield). The person I spoke too was so helpful and confirmed they had it in stock. We then went two days later to collect and purchased our item.
