Ben was a brilliant assistant, I got everything I needed and at a great price too!

Great experience and support from the staff at Go Outdoors yesterday. We were looking for new walking boots for my son as well as some other items for his Duke of Edinburgh award. We were served by Jon and Aimee and both were very knowledgable about their products making sure we got exactly what we needed.

Great selection, great prices and very helpful staff.

My son and I shopped at Go Outdoors today and got everything we needed. We were helped by friendly, knowledge staff in the shoe section who ensured we got just what we were looking for. The staff there are always helpful and efficient.

I made an order for 5 items with the Berghaus Adhara 500 pole tent.
I was sent 2 items and then a second 2 items despite the Reference being for the Tent included despite it being missing. I phoned the Clydebank Go Outdoors store and I was told that she had no idea about the Delivery. Unhappy with the lack of Customer Service I phoned the HQ and was told that the tent was lost in Delivery and that she could send a refund taking 5 working days or I could goto the Clydebank store and get a refund immediately and buy the tent directly. However when I got there the Woman with the dodgy Customer Service spoke to me like an idiot and told me to wait for the tent and gave me a new Reference. So I phoned HQ again and spoke to a Man who said he'd check I was told to come to Clydebank and the following day issued a £20 refund for the misinformation and when I said that ordering online was a nightmare and I wish I'd just came to the store. He got all offended and told me not to call back. The tent eventually arrived but what a hassle to get 5 items delivered.
The first Girl I spoke to at HQ was right when she said the Tent was lost because I was given a separate Reference number when I went to the Clydebank store by the Women who's Customer Service was "i don't know what you want?" who refused to help other than give a different delivery reference, which proves the tent was lost in transit. Go Outdoors should keep her away from Customers as she is zero help and leaves you feeling like she thinks you're lying as no apology for the poor delivery.
Had I not chased it up myself? Then the Adhara 500 tent wouldn't have been delivered at all.
If you check the phone records, everything i wrote is 100% accurate.

Huge thank you to Ross at Go Outdoors clydebank for fixing my daughter’s bike today. He was so helpful and spent a lot of time with us, making sure everything was sorted. He dealt with us straight away when we arrived and was so polite, friendly and respectful throughout our visit.
He was also brilliant with my daughter and happily entertained all her questions 🤣, which was lovely to see. Nothing felt like too much trouble for him, and even at the end he thanked us and wished us a nice day.
It’s the little things that make a difference, and Ross really went above and beyond. A real credit to the store and a lovely lad. Thank you, Ross! 👏😊

The wife and I both bought new walking boots this week, Both Jon and May were very engaging, friendly and helpful. A real asset to GoOutdoor in our opinion.

Lucy and her colleagues assisted us with purchase of waterproof trousers today. They went way beyond the call of duty in searching for appropriate sizes and products. Quiet, confident and cheerful help. We’re happy with our purchases and would recommend the store and staff to others. Thank you.

Staff on the tills were helpful, friendly and polite. One member of the floor staff was a little sullen when called away from her current task but apparently she was stressed. We all have stress in our lives but a smiling, friendly face goes a long way when it comes to dealing with customers.

Robbie and Lucy were amazing, they helped me trying on a jacket. Also Adam was great at the till.

Visited Clydebank store on Thursday looking for new walking boots. Explained to Jon what I was looking and he recommended a pair of Keen Targhee IV. Fit like a dream, worn them out for first time today, so comfortable. Jon was most helpful in every way. Would highly recommend

i had a great experience in go outdoors today and got lots of good items, i appreciated the fact i could take my dog with me and i had lots of fun staff were very helpful and overall great experience

Great customer service from Susan and Adam. Both very friendly and helpful. I was looking for a jacket that I had seen online but was unable to see on the rack. Susan successfully scoured the shop for it! Thanks again!!!

We were in shopping yesterday looking for winter jackets what a selection but did not have the size we needed. Many thanks to Chris P who helped us find the right size he went above and beyond in order to find exactly what we looking for.
