The girl gets stuff done
I’ve been in the last couple days trying to sort harness’s for some via ferrata in a very very last minute trip to the Dolomites. All the staff were great but especially big thanks to Chloe.M, we couldn’t have been more awkward with the timing so soon to close/returns situation with multiple items but she stuck with us, sorted out our mess patiently, created a plan to help us the following day and even tracked us down in the store the next day to follow through. People aren’t that helpful nowadays and it was nice to meet an exception. Management material. Thanks for the save on our trip Chloe and friends.

Looking for walking boots
I went to get a pair of walking boots. Karen gave me advice, was careful to see how much I was willing to spend and talked through a few options. She was very helpful. The member of staff at the checkout was also very helpful. Both were very friendly.

Brilliant service!
Brilliant service!
I was in looking for a waterproof jacket and possibly another puffer, and the gentleman with the beard was absolutely spot on. I didn’t catch his name, but he really went the extra mile, showing me all the different options and patiently answering all my questions. Nothing was too much trouble, and he was genuinely friendly and pleasant throughout.
I ended up walking out with two jackets! 😂
Couldn’t fault the service; a proper credit to the shop. Highly recommend!

Very helpful in store service
Friendly and great service from Cammy & Farrah at Coatbridge, helping to associate my member’s card with my online account and price matching a Kühl jacket since it was no longer on a member’s price.

Excellent service received
Excellent service given from Karen. Nothing was too much trouble for her- whilst we were looking for walking boots. When we approached the cashier, she was equally as pleasant, I believe her name was Senegalese. A great store with lots of variety. Thank you ladies.
