Not available and unable to canc
Order has never been available for collection and I have been unable to cancel the order so far. Getting no luck from Customer Services or the store directly. Not impressed

I took my bike in for a some repairs…
I took my bike in for a some repairs and a service. Jordan couldn't have been more helpful. He got the bike back on the road and gave me advice on how to maintain my bike. Great service all round.

Fantastic service
After having a nightmare between online and Brislington only having some of my items in a bundle. Thankfully cribbs managed to refund my order and repurchase as a bundle as they had my other items. Both Brian and Rebecca was extremely helpful and polite, Brian also helped bring all the items through the till and into my car for me. I really felt he went above and beyond for me today in order to get the issue sorted as the main part of the bundle being the tent was no unavailable online.

Visited your store on 13th August for…
Visited your store on 13th August for some items for my camping trip and was really impressed with the brilliant customer service at the cribbs causeway store. In particular great service from Delia who was kind enough to check over the phone they had the things I was looking for and to put them aside for me until I got there. Very friendly and helpful and exceptional customer support from her and also the young guy who was serving at the checkout that day who helped me with my phone to use Klarna for my checkout. Didn’t get his name, but super helpful and knowledgeable.
I was also impressed with the range of items on sale and the prices; which are very reasonable especially when you sign up for the saving card. Would have no hesitation in recommending this store or returning.

Found most of the things I needed. One item that online said was available in store, was not.
Happy overall though. I didn’t need any help as I knew what I wanted.

Brilliant customer service at the store

Absolutely terrible online customer…
Absolutely terrible online customer journey!
I ordered a Haven Shelter and two camping chairs in the sale, order click and collect. I got numerous conflicting emails saying of of the two camping chairs is not available, but when I got to the store neither were available and the Haven Shelter was just the side door (not clear at all on the site). I then asked to get everything refunded and got my refund in 3 increments. The refund was also incorrect so had to go on two lengthy calls to finally sort. Customer service teams on the phones and in-store were fantastic, but completely let down by the shoddy online experience

We are sorry to hear about the issues you expeienced with your Click & Collect order and the confusion caused by the product information provided online. We understand how frustrating it must have been to receive conflicting stock availability updates, only to arrive in store and find the items unavailable and the product description not as clear as it should have been
We are also sorry that the refund process was not handled cirrectly the first time which resulted in further contact being made to have this resolved.
While we are pleased to hear that the customer service that was provided both instore and online was good, its disappointing to hear that the overall experience fell below expectations.
We do hope we’ll have the opportunity to restore your confidence in GO Outdoors and provide a much better experience in the future.
