Friendly, not pushy, service
I bought a new pair of boots today. The staff member Viv was particularly kind, speedy, helpful and efficient, with a sense of humour as a bonus. Also to be commended is Ben, who patiently attended to my needs in selecting the right size. Nothing was too much trouble

Viv was so friendly and helpful, thank you so much! Viv made me feel very welcome and sorted out the slight issue with my membership card. The customer service I received was great, very much appreciated! I was also able to get everything I needed and was really happy with what I got.

Viv was very helpful and professional
Staff member Viv on the till was very friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the way she checked the number of items against what was scanned on the till, this attention to detail saved me paying for an item twice!
