Great service and great products (Dorchester)
I was in a rush but knew what I wanted to buy. Ellie and Heidi were very helpful and knowledgeable about the item I needed. They were polite and professional.

Service stupendous
Heidi was great. She offered me a membership with no pressure to join. Ended up buying a RAB jacket and she was able to give me a military discount. Awesome associate, awesome store.

Got myself a sturdy new thermal mug, copper coated, leak proof.
Very friendly and helpful lady on til, Amy, who was able to apply my BlueLightCard discount.
My only gripe is the discrepancy between member and non-member prices! Not everyone wants to sign up to these schemes.

Excellent Store
I bought two camping chairs today. Excellent value, my membership saved me over £50. I was served by Ellie who was extremely helpful and friendly and she made the whole experience very pleasant. A really good store.
