Very helpful advice and fitting of walking boots from Lewis

We received exceptional service today from both Lewis and Harry. It is quite rare to find such great knowledge and really helpful and personable staff that I felt compelled to follow up with a review. We ended up buying two pairs of trainers and felt really confident in the purchase because of the genuine caring service we received. Can’t praise these two gentlemen enough for a perfect retail experience.

Lewis made our experience fantastic! So knowledgeable, incredibly patient as we deliberated, and just a warm friendly presence to boot. Please pass on our thanks, Lewis is an absolute credit to the company and a brilliant employee.

When i phoned the store Joe was extremely helpful. As I walked in his approach was warm and welcoming. With a gas bottle in my hand he was happy to take it off me to exchange it while my wife and I looked around the shop. The staff member on the checkout was very cheerful and polite. We would definitely return again.

Absolutely brilliant service from Sam. From the moment I walked in he was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to answer all my questions, explained the options clearly, and made sure I left with exactly what I needed.

It’s rare to come across someone in retail who actually cares about the customer experience, but Sam really goes above and beyond. Nothing felt rushed and he made the whole process easy and stress-free.

If every shop had someone like Sam, retail would be a much better place. Top bloke and top service — give that man a raise.

Dave was amazing help for me and my boy coming in for skiing gear ( were skiers by the way). Sam was good for other stuff than skiing as well.

I had been trying to purchase a coat online but my membership card and discount wasn't showing. I tried to call customer services multiple times without success. I drove to the local store and learnt it had expired so paid to renew the membership. The coat I wanted wasn't in store. I've tried to purchase the coat online and the membership card discount isn't automatically showing, meaning I have to try and contact customer services by phone again. The website is poor and should enable customers to renew membership and see expiry dates online.

Great service from 2 guys called Harry and Igor. Both knowledgeable but Igor was great at really giving the finer details. It was nice to have a younger man with experience tell you things that could really help so definitely recommend.

I came in to buy some new walking boots with Christmas vouchers. I was served by Lewis who was very helpful, he showed me alternatives when the pair I liked were not available in my size. I was able to find another Brasher pair I really liked with Lewis’s help. A great shopping experience all round.

Harry, the member of staff who helped me, was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable while also being humble. He didn't pressure me into buying anything but instead told me about the differences between the walking shoes at different price points so that I could make an informed decision. I asked to try on many different shoes in many different sizes and he politely helped me to find the best ones for me. Thank you, Harry. I wish all shop assistants were like this!
