Went in this morning with 3 items on my list. Left with 4! Kris was great: Very helpful but once he'd got me the sizes I'd asked for, he didn't hover or do any hard sell. As I was leaving to pay, he came up with a very good suggestion, based on a comment I'd made. But again, once he'd made the suggestion, there was no follow up hard sell. His sales technique was just right. Thank you for your help this morning, Kris
