Easy DofE silver award shopping for my son’s exped.
Really good customer service from a lovely young man , Henry who handled all of my son’s DofE silver shop. We didn’t need to rely on our list much as he picked out all the things my son would need for his expedition. Very impressed with the ease and speed of our shop. Thanks Henry.

I returned a T-shirt that I purchased online and while in the store I bought some additional items and was assisted by Adam and Dorc and the customer service from both of them were very helpful and professional and I will visit the store again before my holiday adventure A++ keep up the good work

I came in today with my elderly dad…
I came in today with my elderly dad looking for some walking boots to help support his feet. We were served by Gareth who was welcoming, very knowledgeable, and helpful. He bought us multiple pairs of shoes to try; and gave us the advice on what would which boots would be appropriate for my dad. Who left wearing his new boots and very happy.

small but wide variety.
A small store but friendly staff, who didn't bat an eyelid when I asked if I could unroll a sleeping bag !! (I did roll it back up)
answered all the questions I had & generally made me feel welcome & not like the 'outdoor novice' that I am.

Great shopping experience

Very friendly honest and welcoming manner of all staff during my visits, notably from Adam and Darc. They are all very helpful too in answering questions about product ranges and pricing etc. A definite " go to " branch for me.
