One was in the store twice today. Several members of staff on both occasions were standing around doing nothing!! Visit from Area mgr I believe. KASIA was the only member doing any work. Her customer service skills were naturally effortless. Credit to your company

Purchase made, good value
My experience in store was good. Person found and helped us gather other shoes and right size. Some not in stock but that was ok. Purchased a nice pair of boots at what I felt was good value.

Good prices with the membership. They made it easy to join and explained what u will subscribe to and how to opt out if desired

You had one person staffing the till, yet a number of staff stood talking to each other in clear view of the que of customers. The number of customers waiting to pay increased, yet there was no additional staff available to stop their private conversations to serve.

Excellent store for outdoor equipment etc
Had a very good customer experience at Go Outdoors Inverness. I was looking for a sturdy wheeled bag suitable for taking on my trips working offshore. On of the employees who I unfortunately cannot name took the time to help me find something suitable. Was charged a reasonable price for the bag and was glad I went there to buy it.

Had to exchange a tent due to poor…
Had to exchange a tent due to poor design. Assistant manager Ed was so helpful . Arranged to inspect the tent in quick time to allow us to go camping this week as planned.
Gave suggestions on what tent to exchange and provided information on what wouls best suit

Manager refused to check my details on…
Manager refused to check my details on system when I forgot my card and made me take a new membership out.
He then discounted items for a blonde woman for no reason.

Tent for sleepover success
I had heard of your deal of buying accessories for tents for £1 if you bought a tent and didn't want to spend a fortune on one as it was mainly for our son in the garden. A young chap with dark curly hair and glasses ( I'm terrible with names but maybe Ruben?) spent time with my son and I going through what we needed Vs cost and really made it easier to understand which tent we might like and even though he was busy taking a tent down in the outside area he showed us visually what we were looking at height wise which was really helpful as it would be good if some of the cheaper ones were up and in the end we were able to find one that would offer more use than a festival tent but not break the bank either. We went for a Eurohike Gaia IV and renewed our membership at the same time.
