A big thank you to Stan at the Lincoln branch. I contacted the branch to enquire if they had a certain air beam pump with a gauge. He went and checked stock levels and told me they had only one in stock. He offered to hold it for me until I could collect which would be two days later. I have collected it today, and got to meet Stan, a very nice and helpful guy. Brilliant customer service. Many thanks!

Buying a tent
I arrived at Go Outdoors in Lincoln with a friend a little while ago. She was interested in buying a tent. Euan was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the pros & cons of all the tents and their accessories! Samantha served us at the till and she was super helpful! Both made our trip very enjoyable! Thank you to them both!

Excellent customer service
Owen spent time helping us decide on the best gas stove for our situation, ensuring we knew all options for gas and fully demonstrated how to set it up. Owen had great patience with us, remaining professional, polite and helpful throughout.
We are really pleased that Owen was available during our visit, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills, they are an asset to Go Outdoors.

Go Outdoors Lincoln saw my review and immediately contacted me. Fenton was fantastic; he dealt with the issue efficiently. Best customer service experience I have ever had.
The new Quest storage came in a box, fully packaged, whereas the previous one we had issues with just came in the storage bag.

We appreciate how frustrating it must have been to discover this when you arrived at the campsite and were unable to assemble the item as expected.
Having reviewed your order, we can see that we were not contacted at the time to give us the opportunity to investigate or resolve the issue for you. However, we can confirm that the storage unit has since been returned and a full refund has been processed.

Visited the Lincoln store 07.07.26. Special shout out to the staff and in particular Dave, who saw us ruminating over chairs, he was super helpful and super knowledgable. In fact we may have over stayed our welcome in the car park … we did make our purchase and would recommend the store and their staff without question.
