Eddie helped me with ordering new pair of wellingtons, was very helpful and full of knowledge. The staff in this store are fantastic and go out of their way to help customers out. Will be going back soon.

Women’s Walking Trousers
I was served by Paul at the Liverpool store by Central Station he was very helpful and friendly.
The only downside with the store is they don’t have lined walking trousers for Women in short legs only Regular

Great little store
Great little store if you can't get to the bigger one. Went in looking for some walking shoes and picked up a great deal on a pair that looks like will do me good for a long time. Great customer service from Eric in store too.

Great customer service
Had to visit the store to exchange a coat i purchased online. I called the store first to check they had a replacement which they did .I was helped by Eddie who was really helpful. He exchange my coat without any issues and was very pleasant.

.After my recent visit to your Birkenhead store,I asked if this was going to be the best deal(blk Friday) on an OEX jacket,yes came the answer,it won’t go any lower!
Went home got on your web site and got it 10% cheaper and free delivery.More recently went to Liverpool store and a very helpful young chap served me and because of me relaying my experience in Birkenhead gave me 15% off”your lowest advertised price” on some walking boots.You have some good products in your stores,but please don’t treat todays consumers(me) like clowns.Your playing the system so likewise so will we.Hope to see you again!!
