GO Outdoors - Macclesfield (Express) Opiniões

Easy ordering on line for pick-up at Macclesfield store.
Goods were available very quickly and the staff were very pleasant and helpful when I collcted the order

I was very impressed by the service I received from Sif when I wanted shoes and walking boots. He was very fast in finding lots of shoes for me to try on, appearing twice from the stockroom with piles of boxes, catering brilliantly for my unusual requirements and preferences. He was also very knowledgeable about walking shoes, and knew which brand to recommend. I was very pleased with both my experience and my two new pairs of shoes. Thank you, Sif!

I went into GO Outdoors the other day to buy a couple of folding chairs that were on sale. As I was about to buy the chairs I was asked whether I had a loyalty card. I did not and was about to dismiss the idea when the very pleasant and friendly sales assistant, Joe, pointed out the huge discount I would get on the chairs if I were a loyalty card member. I quickly signed up for that card! It took about 30 seconds and I scored a bargain. I was really impressed that Joe cared more about my customer experience and giving me a good deal than just ringing up the sale. I know a loyalty card is an incentive to shop more at GO Outdoors (and they get your data), but as long as I get something out of it too, then we both win.

We visited Macclesfield Go Outdoors to get some walking boots for our granddaughter. Chloe provided excellent friendly service and we found just what we needed.

We visited Macclesfield Go Outdoors to look for new walking boots for my teenage son. Excellent advice from Steve who was friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to work out which boots would be best for my son. We bought a pair of Merrell boots which he is finding very comfortable and supportive for his ankles.
Great customer service, thank you.

We used to go to the larger Stockport branch but it’s often difficult to get someone to help in there. Whereas, although the Macclesfield branch is smaller, the staff are always helpful and we’re more likely to find what we’re looking for and have a positive experience. So we always go to the Macclesfield branch now. Thanks again.

Was time to replace my trusty old peter storm boots for a new pair, great boots , and a great price, especially when the very helpful Anders informed me that there was an extra 15 percent off on the bank holiday Monday I was there, great shopping experience, thanks 😄

Anders! He was so helpful 10/10

Great experience with Go Outdoors. Brill customer service and love my new camping chairs- thank you Aaron!

Called in today for some boots specifically with heel arch support and was given lots of help and advice on which would be good for me, I was extremely happy with the boots I purchased and extremely happy with the level of customer service I received while choosing them and from Steve at the checkout, thanks

Me and my girlfriend came in today to shop for essentials for Creamfields this week! Ethan was absolutely amazing showed us what we do and don’t need, went out of his way to show us certain products and his knowledge on things was top tier! Also get yourself a member’s card as we saved £88! Highly recommend.

Staff very helpful and had very good knowledge of their stock. I came out with more than I went in for!

The GO Outdoors in Macc never fails to disappoint. Today I bought two pairs of walking shoes. Aaron provided helpful advice and most importantly the correctly sized footwear. Saved £36 with my GO discount card. Happy days!

All the staff were thoroughly helpful.
From advice about gear to trying things on.
We bought a rucksack for our daughter (who was not present) - they said it could be returned if not suitable.
Great little shop!

I was helped by Aaron, who helped me make sense of the rucksack options and spent a long time with me to work out which was the best for my needs. He was very patient and nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic service I will definitely visit again.

Visited the Macclesfield store needing an urgent item.
I was served by a very friendly and efficient person.
My item was not in store but the employee ordered one for me to collect.
I received texts and emails giving up to date information on the progress of my order and duly collected it a couple of days later.

Sif gave me all the info I required, good knowledge of products. Nothing was too much trouble, found exactly what was required. A great experience.

I needed advice about walking boots and tarsal tunnel problems with my feet. Asked Steve for help and he thoughtfully matched my feet to a good option in boots to help me.

I’d gone into GoOutdoors to buy some new boots and trousers, and Anders was absolutely fantastic. He had brilliant product knowledge and gave genuinely helpful advice without any pressure. What really stood out was how personal and authentic he was — he shared something from his own experience that made the whole interaction feel real and meaningful. They’re lucky to have someone like him on the team. A rare kind of customer service that sticks with you.
