You can't beat going round the store and viewing actual possible purchases. All the staff are extremely helpful. I will definitely be back soon. I will recommend Scunthorpe Go Outdoors to others.

Sue was absolutely brilliant, went above and beyond to help and make our shopping experience as easy as possible. She’s a real credit to the store and made my day with her excellent customer service. I am someone who is straight in and out any shop due to my anxiety but sue really was helpful and made my shopping experience a positive and chilled one. Thank you Sue

I'd asked for two jackets to be reserved in the store until I could go there & try them.
They had been put aside for me.
The person serving me, Jane, brought them out for me to try along with several others so I could compare.
Jane was friendly, helpful & courteous.
I bought one of the jackets, couldn't fault the service.

Went to go outdoors in scunthorpe today to get some bits for my sons school trip to Iceland. The staff were amazing! Friendly, funny and super helpful. What a pleasant surprise as cudtomer service seems to be something thats dying out. Thank you very much.

I had a great experience at Go…
I had a great experience at Go Outdoors, thanks especially to Nicky on the till. I was very undecided about what I wanted to buy and ended up going back and forth to the till several times, which I appreciate could have been frustrating. However, Nicky remained incredibly patient, friendly, and helpful throughout. She never made me feel like I was being a nuisance and went out of her way to help me sort everything out. Her patience and excellent customer service really stood out, and she made what could have been a stressful experience much easier. Nicky is a real credit to the store — thank you!

Signed up for text message alerts to receive 10% voucher code. All good, drive 35 mins to my local store and tried to buy £150.00 of camping gear, needed to renew my membership card, that's fine, then store assistant refused to scan voucher as online only purchase to receive discount! Over 1 Hr round trip waisted, so I left the goods on the store countertop and left empty handed. There was signs up saying 10% discount for students... Will not renew my go outdoor card and buy the stuff off Amazon instead.
I appreciate I should of read the voucher terms and conditions but it would cost Go outdoors more money to send with courier costs as they include free delivery?
Mad world we are living in!
