Great store as soon as we walked in staff said "good morning " which was really nice. Shop well laid out and a great selection. I went in specifically for fishing gear. Got what I needed and then Lisa on the checkout was so very polite and the please and thank you was very welcome too. Nice shop defo will go again. Thank you

The store has a good range of products. We were served by Sam, he was really friendly and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed.

While researching equipment for a C2C walk I received a Parking Charge Notice from the Sheffield Store Car park. After contacting customer service on May 25th the agent (Martin) offered to contact the parking company and resolve the issue.

Since then I have received two more letters from the parking company. I have replied to Martin several times asking for updates but received no reply.

The latest letter (25th of June) states that debt recovery processes will begin in 2 weeks time

So Customer Service has not resolved the issue and has not replied to me.
That is very poor customer service.

Excellent service from Go Outdoors Sheffield yesterday. Thanks Ciaran for being so helpful!

Visited the store today to return some trousers I bought for my son’s D of E. It was too hot for them! I was served by Sam who was so helpful and friendly. He also served us the first time we came to the shop and was equally as helpful then. I would def recommend this shop to friends as the service was so good.

Lisa was very very helpful in getting what I needed.She was very easy to get in with .A lovely lass.

We found just what we wanted - and more! At the checkout Lisa was really helpful, and enabled us to save over £20 with various offers and discounts. What's not to like!

Helen went out of her way to help me even though footwear was not her usual department. And Cora was very friendly and thorough on the till. Thank you both.

Overall the shop is great you have everything ranging from climbing gear all the way to fishing equipment,and that's exactly why IAM writing about the go outdoors in Sheffield as the Fishing republic section is great but I've noticed it's been neglected heavily and I just wanted to mention that there isn't a whole lot of tackle and bait shops in Sheffield and it would be great to see this section of go outdoors to be brought back to life.Overall I had a great time with the one worker who helped me out in the Fishing section.10/10 recommend.ps please keep and update the fishing section
