I was served by John who impressed me with his knowledge and care during my visit. Also pointed out a great deal on a coat (and the fact you can attach a fleece to the inside).

The store is unfortunately closing which will be a sad loss as the next nearest stores are not a quick trip. I was served by John who is an asset to the company. Despite wandering in just before closing time he was very patient and helpful. Going backwards and forwards as I worked out what shoe size I was and the fit/style that worked best for me. Great customer service. Please pass on my thanks and recognise his efforts.

Such a shame the shop is closing. Still, we made good use of the closing down discount! Staff were extremely helpful :-) Definitely worth a visit if you can before they close.

Called into the shoo yesterday to have a look around. A real gem of a shop but tucked away in a quieter spot. Still managed to spend over £200 some really good bargains available. Particular thanks to Bruce who was a great help cheers

I live locally so was coming frequently to buy kit for my Gold DofE. John, Leah and Katt were super helpful every time i went, always allowing me time to decide, try on and choose.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff, in particular John for clothibg we purchased and Bruce and Katt for shoes.

Purchased a pair of walking shoes. Bruce was really helpful and urged me to try several different alternatives to compare. Great service.
Location is great, shame it's closing soon with no nearby alternative store.

The assistant Sim was very attentive and went out of her way to be helpful. She was happy to converse and elevate our shopping experience. Very happy with my purchases

Katt was so friendly and helpful, really accommodating of our needs, looked up other local options on other products nearby and was knowledgeable about what was in store. Our only sadness is that the Solihull store of Go Outdoors is closing down! We wish Katt and all the other staff good luck on whatever opportunities come next. Tha k you for looking after us.

We had excellent service. John helped to find walking boots for my son, along with sleeping bag and bag for going on hikes. His help was much appreciated given the long list of things we needed. The choices were great and the prices good with the Go Outdoors membership. I’m so sad this store is closing.

My wife and I visited the store on Friday and Saturday last week to buy some cold weather gear for our forthcoming trip to Norway, such as boots etc.
It was the blind leading the blind but with the help of the very helpful and friendly staff our task was made relatively easy.
We will certainly be visiting Go Outdoors again.

Sim and John were very helpful on my visit yesterday, assisting me to find the right pair of walking boots and the right sleeping bag, despite also working with the other Team member to manage a very busy store.

Went in to buy a lap top bag and some socks . Nice clean shop , got spoken to by 2 lovely members of staff who were both extremely friendly and helpful . It’s a shame the Solihull store is closing in January..

I met John today who helped me decide on the most appropriate camping chair. It was nice to receive good customer service by both John & his fellow colleague. I would recommend shopping here.

Had just what i wanted at the right price. Sue and Leah served us well.

We were looking for light weight folding chairs and Sue a very helpful assistant helped us with showing the various options and also helped us with a trolley purchase too. I would recommend Go outdoors Solihull to anyone for the help we got with choosing our purchases.
