I would like to express my thanks to Gavin
I would like to express my thanks to Gavin at St Pauls branch. He was extremely helpful and patient indeed on my 1st September 2026 visit, providing a number of waterproof walking shoes for me to try on. This was in order to get the best style and fit for my rather broad foot. It transpired that the model AND the colour I eventually decided on was out of stock in St Pauls - but I could pick it up in another London branch of GO, so that was ‘a result.’ And while at St Pauls I enjoyed purchasing a well-fitting waterproof jacket, after Gavin in a matter of seconds demonstrated to me how the drawstrings and toggles round the hood worked.

Great customer service
I came in 3 times across 2 weeks, looking for a specific tent thats always selling out quick. The staff were always really polite and helpful, and finally today it was in stock! Thanks Alan!

Great Customer Service - would definitely shop here again
Great customer service. Alan and the team were very helpful when it came to finding the correct size for a fleece hoody. Also, Alan was very funny and there was some great banter.

Leilani, Alan and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Checking stock levels of other stores and just being positively delightful. Came from a decathlon which was such a terrible experience. Go Outdoors was much friendlier and had what we wanted
