Had to order next size it came in the scythe next day brilliant

I ordered 10 items online, none of them were in stock in any store so I guessed that they were coming from a central warehouse. My tracking didn't change at all from stating "preparing your order"
After 9 days I decided to telephone my local chosen collection store. The staff said that they had the order but maybe only part of it and it would be best to call to collect but check the contents of the parcel. When I got to the store I was told that only 8 items had arrived and 2 were still to be delivered, I was advised to wait a few days and phone in. 8 items were in one bag and when I was checking the contents I was given a second bag that had been found on the shelf. This second bag had the two items that were supposedly still being delivered. The member of staff told me both bags must have been at the store for a few days. The tracking of the goods totally failed and it actually still states "preparing your order"
GO Outdoors is my fave store but maybe next time I will only order goods that are in stock in store

Loads of selection. We ended up buying all sorts from socks, T-shirts, 12l flat bottles and more. All the choices provided good solutions and Ted on the till was a total sweetie sorting out everything really easily.

Fabulous customer service from Manager John and cashier Lorna W. I had a complicated issue with a gift card but they resolved it in a way that exceeded my expectation and couldn’t have been more professional or friendly.

Ted was wonderful

It was an easy process. Simply ordered online and called to the store to pick up. It was to replace an OEX sleeping bag that did ifell apart after a wash.
