Claire was lovely today! I had to do a quick juggle with my bank accounts and she didn’t make me feel bad… efficiently switched to the next tool so no one was kept waiting and gave me time to sort myself out. She made it seem so effortless! That’s someone who is good at what she does!

Went to Stockton Go Outdoors today and…
Went to Stockton Go Outdoors today and Rebecca who served us today did a fantastic job. She showed my 10 yr old how to tie his walking boots so they were nice and snug around his ankles. Also took time to speak to him to make sure that the boots were the right fit.
Rebecca had great customer service.

Had a great experience at the GoOutdoors, portrack lane. I had signed ip for membership but had received nothing but an email conformation.
The lovely lady, Fay, at the till was incredibly helpful, and her line manager, I believe her name was Karen?, honoured my membership and explained how it comes in card form, didn't realise this when I signed up.
We had a fab chat and it was an enjoyable experience!
Go Outdoors stockton, you have two lovely team members there

Use your loyalty card!
Bought a cool bag and dog poo bags as we are collecting our new pup this weekend. Claire was great on the checkout as she checked the system and found my loyalty card that I hadn’t used for 11 years, so I got a big saving.

We were assisted by a r eally good,knowledgeable, helpful member of staff called Rebecca, on our recent visit ro Stockton store.She was helpful without being felt like she was pushing to sell us anything which was great and made the experience of buying some shoes better We were given time to try and and walk about a bit before purchadlsing a,140 pound pair of boot/shoe suitable for my needs Great assett to your store
