Shirley was an excellent sales assistant who knew masses about the quality and practical design of all the walking sandals that I tried on and subsequently bought. Similarly she was very knowledgable about the benefits of your membership scheme which I have, as a direct consequence joined.
The other sales assistants were also alert, well mannered and engaging. Thanks one and all.

Great customer care
Great customer care, went in for some walking boots for my son, Shirley got several sizes and took the time to ensure they fit properly. Highly recommend a visit if your child needs foot wear as they take the time they need to ensure you get what is right for you

Exceptional Help Choosing Walking Boots
I received exceptional service from Shirley when I purchased a pair of Scarpa walking boots in February. She knew everything about the different types of boots on sale and guided me to the ones that were right for me and the type of walking I do. She was extremely patient and nothing was too much trouble. I have used the boots regularly over the last few months and they are perfect. I love them. Thank you Shirley!

What a lovely visit to store Solace your instore customer service rep was so helpful with us in buying foldable chairs and making sure we brought the right ones for us and telling us we had another colour available which my husband went with the blue instead of black we will be back to buy more for our 2 kids buy one get one half price is a fab deal sSolace was a friendly staff member credit to your store 👏🏻
