Sophia dealt with my matter extremely well. She was clear, concise but was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the matter and made very light work of the process. Would highly recommend using her to anyone acquiring a survey report for their property.

I booked a survey with them and paid right away, they then emailed me saying they got the fees wrong and it was actually more than double what i had already paid them. I immediately asked why and they couldn't tell me. I then asked for a refund so i could book elsewhere and they took 3 days to get back to me and ask for my details to process the refund immediately, to which i responded promptly and I didn't receive my refund as promised. I am currently still chasing them for my money.

Very pushy trying to sell something you don’t have to have and didn’t mention that it wasn’t necessary. Didn’t like that at all and put a complaint in straight away still awaiting refund.

Just had a pleasant call with Joe, who helped me with booking my level 2 Survey. Very helpful and efficient - made all the difference.
