Horrible experience
until last week to get the permanent crown and was told it didn't fit and he would have to come back. He came back today and it STILL DIDN'T FIT. I just called the office to see what they could do to compensate him for all of his time, important work meetings missed, gas, etc. He has to come back a third time and at this point, we have both lost faith in this Dentist and her office. He is in a very busy season at his work and the runaround has begun to cause immense stress and having to work later to catch up. The office Manager said she would talk to the doc and call me back. I am not counting on a call back. This is super sad because we have been patients a long time and the patient care, communication, billing, and scheduling has really declined. I do truly hope that this whole thing is corrected and our faith can be restored. If not, we will be shopping for a new dentist and I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.
