Overall was super fun and nice !!!

Anas from Grandeur Voyages was extremely helpful and tailor made our trip as per our preferences. The guide / driver provided, John, was on point, he knew which points to take us to and ensured we had amazing sightings. They also assisted us with the hot air balloon booking which was amazing. The properties chosen were good. 2 out of 4 properties were perfect while the other two (Sentrim in Amboseli, and kongoni lodge in naivasha) were bang average. But the tent chosen in maasai mara was the highlight of our trip. The quotation provided by grandeur voyages was also extreme value for money. I would recommend them blindly for this trip.

The overall experience was good, especially the stays chosen. The team made sure they were in touch with us throughout, and ensured we were comfortable. This was especially good, since we were two girls travelling. The stays - especially the one at Elementaita, was really good. The other two were good as well, and would recommend it to others too. The team was also accommodating enough to tailor-make our trip per our preferences, and budget requirements. Deducting one star as the driver allocated to us was lazy - he would get us back from the safari early even though we had an entire day for it, and started the safari late in the morning. I spoke about this with the team, and they assured me that they had a word with him, and have it handled. If you are looking to visit Kenya, it’s a good company to go with, as they also have a local presence in Kenya.

I booked a trip for 3 nights masai mara with grandeur voyages, it was very professionally managed & I faced no issues during the trip. The only thing impressed me was whatever they promised to me in the beginning was exactly delivered....
