I submitted a withdrawal request 2 weeks ago. They then required identity verification. I completed that. Then said had to manual review and would take 2-10 minutes typically or up to 3-5 business days so over a week later I chatted with customer service asking why it’s still reviewing. They said had to be all business days so expect complete in a few days. After the few days I attempted again and then it said I had to do the identity verification again like I never did it. I then did chat with customer service who told me I just submitted so would be 3-5 business days. I stated I already went through this and it’s been 2 weeks and already was told by customer service it would be complete a day or two ago now it’s making me do this again. They were no help and just said sorry 3-5 days to get reviewed. Unreal. Getting the run around and won’t pay out!

Casino sent out a coupon for 150 spins. When I redeemed it, it only gave me 50 spins. Even though I showed the email to the help desk, they still refused to honor it. I mean they GIVE you a 150$ free cip on start up, and they can’t honor 100 spins at .25 cents?. I am unable to recommend such poor customer service and support. Yes, they actually pay put!!
I was honestly skeptical at first when loading money, wich was a pleasantly fast and smooth process, and you can deposit as little as $5, but i wasnt sure about it because who knows if they would actually pay out! But after winning $180 on a bonus and completing the playthrough I requested my payout and it was approved! And I received the full $180 in BTC.
The platform itself was easy and fun to navigate with a huge variety of games to play! My only complaint would be the withdrawal process. Its a bit lengthy, like almost over lengthy! You have to get KYC approved wich takes up to 5 days not counting weekends. But, once approved and you request a payout, its a 48 hour process that starts the day after your request it and only done M-F. They say its standard procedure but seems a bit ridiculous but if you followed the T/C's, biggest being no back to back bonuses! Make sure to make a deposit between every claimed bonus!, if you follow the rules they are more then happy to pay out!! I give it a 5/5 still! The customer service is always cheerful and happy to help! Give it a try!
