Scammers

Scammers. We paid in advance, then they sent the wrong part with a label with the part number we ordered stuck on with tape. Then they came up with unreasonable excuses why they could not give us a refund or exchange, even when we returned the part at our own cost. Zero stars.

Hello, we have sent the correct item to you, and you signed up on June 23th. The tracking no. is 3278785370 for DHL. We had agreed with you that you pay the freight to return and we pay the shipping fee to exchange. We urged you to return the item for many times, cause we had a deadline to replace the item from the factory.

Your “request information” can’t support your reviews. As you have received the correct item, we have finished this order. Your above review is one-sided, cause we had solved this problem for you. Kindly pls delete it, you know the truth, so do we.

Do not Buy from this Company, GRANDLY AUTOMATION LTD, China, grandlyautomation.com/ You paid the transaction 100% in advance, and they send different part to you, and does not want to replace with correct part that you want as per their Price Quotation and refuse to refund. This company is not reliable and un-responsible. You paid thousands dollars for nothing !! You can not use the part they deliver to you
