Amazing recruiter, supportive from start to finish!

GRB provides a wealth of strong job opportunities, both advertised widely and directed to individual personnel.
Once a potential candidate has been selected, the support and guidance employed to prepare the candidate is outstanding - I went into my interviews well-prepared on the structure/tasks and what the companies do day-to-day.

A special shout-out to Gen; a superb mentor, offering extensive knowledge of the interview structure to help secure me a position.

At some points, perhaps the communication could have been slightly better but I understand much of the behind-the-scenes is out of their control and GRB has many candidates they aim to help.

I would highly recommend GRB to any business aiming to maximise success during recruitment processes, and have already directed a few jobseekers to GRB as a potential route.
