have never received my order. WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN!!!!!

i bought my daughter inlaw a necklace for her birthday that said to a daughter inlaw I was so embarrassed because the chain was broke when we got it and she opened it I will never buy from this company again I tried to contact the company to get a refund or another necklace they never sent it to me

Be careful when ordering a product from this company. They do not disclose that the package is coming from China which takes longer (customs). Verify your shipping address with them as they state they take the information you provided and transfer it over to their shipping are, which is not correct plus they send you a confirmaiton e-mail for you to confirm the shipping and billing information. This is NOT correct as we did not get any type of e-mail and our package was shipped to correct address, but wrong zip code resulting in 2 days of going to the area post office to retrieve the package which was a nightmare due to the holiday season. Their customer service is horrible, no phone number to reach anyone as the number provided on their website is a voice mail recording. I left a voice mail and no call back. Only correspondence is thru their e-mail in which they keep referring you back to the tracking link and nothing else. A reputable company who ships out orders would have a shipping program to verify addresses, etc. I would NEVER order from this company ever again. BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered 2 items over a month ago and still have not received them. I spent over $125 and have not received either item. Please do not use this company. I am pretty sure it is a scam.

Absolute junk. DO NOT BE A SUCKER! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS! Mine went bad before I even had an opportunity to wear it. Emailed them and they didn't care because they ONLY GIVE YOU 30 DAYS to return. 30 days for something that you would not wear every day, give me a break. The fact it's only 30 days tells you beware they know they arer selling garbage. In fact look what the company has this posted on their support page..."At GreatFamilyGift we have a full team of people who review campaigns to make sure that if any sellers are using infringing content that the campaigns will be reviewed and then taken down." IN OTHER WORDS, THEY WILL DELETE BAD REVIEWS TO HID THE FACTS FROM BUYERS.

Bought a small gift (infinity necklace) from this company for £24.95. When it arrived I checked to see if they had moved the decimal point. The product was not even worth £2.49.
Company also failed to reply to emails for returns or refunds
Avoid at any cost

Just had a reply from them - they want me to take a picture of the "watch" and explain why I am not happy with it ??. Good job they read the emails ?
