I’ve been on this for almost 3 weeks now, no significant change, following a strict diet and workout plan alongside their directions of use and my body fat percentage hasn’t dipped lower in comparison to if I wasn’t on these - two months ago I tried this exact same workout without any supplements, going from 16% to 12.8% - this month from 15% to 15% while using these black ops tabs.

These work great if you take them just before your going out a decent run, I run 6 miles every day and have noticed the difference since taking these. Take 2 Thermo Detonators in morn then these before an early afternoon run. NO side effects suffered.
