You failed to listen to my reasons for change, focusing only on a like for like policy cost when changing from guaranteed benefits to personal pension, even when the guaranteed benefit was not suitable for my personal circumstance. Your response that the financial sector does not recommend moving from a guaranteed policy shows me that you did not view my circumstances but relied only on someone else's recommendations.

The advice given was carefully explained and although it would not result in them receiving a commission they nevertheless considered it the best choice for my personal circumstances. First rate!

My experience of Grove pensions has been fantastic. They helped me get lump sum for a pension from 40 years ago instead off a meager annual pension and because it was below there minimum amount they recommended I try myself. So they helped me immensely and didn't charge at all.

GPS made the whole transaction very easy from my initial contact with them until the transfer was made.

Brilliant service. Would have given 5 stars if not for one minor issue that delayed things a few weeks. Staff are very easy to talk to and explain things every step of the way without being patronising or condescending.

I was confused about what do with my pension pot and a friend recommended Grove Pension Solutions. They talked me through all my options, explained clearly how each would affect me short and long term and took into consideration my ‘risk averse’ nature.

The advice I received was excellent and I now have my pension pot sorted and peace of mind that I have done the best thing I could with it.
