I phoned before buying, and the guy was really helpful and knowledgeable. I bought a number of kits and I’ve just finished putting them all together. They’re really well-made, accurate and whenever I encountered a problem it was inevitably the way I was doing it! Would recommend them highly.

Excellent support prior to ordering the planters with clear explanations. Product arrived well packaged in a timely manner. Clear instructions given and option to also view a youtube video. Looks amazing now fixed to wall and several herbs planted.
My only comment for others would be to plant up before securing to wall as it’s easier to get the plants into the troughs without there being another one in top. Water system seems superb too.

Plant boxes and plants arrived promptly and in great condition, very well packaged, plants healthy and a lovely variety, chose Sunny Galore for a West facing wall in Aberdeen. The product was exactly what I expected and delivered quickly. My small space is suddenly a productive vegetable plot. On the bottom layer I have 2 squashes and on the top cherry tomatoes. The layers between contain lettuce, beetroot, chillies and peas. Everything is so easy to look after and already been productive.

I’m very happy with the quality, and with the look of it now it’s planted up. I’m planning to buy some more.

We ordered the plant boxes for a shady area in our garden. They came very quickly and after a quick check on video, we're easy to assemble. The plants came a little late after a phone call to see where they were. The office were really helpful and the plants came extremely well packaged. We were so impressed with the planter that we ordered another set of 5.

The company were very helpful throughout the buying process. When everything arrived it was really well environmentally packaged/protected and of excellent quality. As a nursery we felt we were unable to use the ivy due to potential toxicity and Matt organised for alternative plants to arrive quickly which was great. Overall, the end effect of the living wall is very pleasing and we would highly recommend this product.

The company responded quickly to my request for spare parts and the process to obtain the parts was very efficient.

In 2022 I installed a 9 tall Plantbox system by my front door to cover the joint to our new extension. It has done the job brilliantly and i have changed the planting seasonally and received many compliments from passers by. This time i have decided to renew the float arms and capillary felt and Matt was so helpful in getting these ordered and despatched to me.
