Appalling customer service. As it doesn't allow zero stars,I have had to opt for 1 star. This guy certainly lives up to his name ' Grumpy ' ...and arrogant.
My daughter purchased a bike for my grandson and when something went wrong she contacted them and was met with a very unprofessional response. They are desperately in need of some customer service training!

Broken Tacx Flux S, found these guys doing Google search and a quick telephone call simply explaining the problem they knew exactly what the issue was, sent me the spare part, cnc machined aluminium tension arm complete to very comprehensive instructions and the job was done. Works perfectly well and I’m so grateful for Roger’s help and perseverance with helping me out.

What an amazing experience. This guy is the best! He could not have done more to make sure our purchase arrived in time. His communication was second to none. He really put himself out to make sure our purchase was delivered to ParcelForce in time and it arrived at our front door 19 hours later!!! I would recommend Grumpy Greyhound 200%. I’m a returning customer as the first bicycle I purchased for my youngest child he absolutely loved. This is the first time I spoke with Roger directly and he was a true delight.
