The Guardfather Security System Opiniões

Delighted with my Guardfather alarm system. The installation and setup of the system is straightforward by following the YouTube tutorials. Customer support is exceptional!

This system you have is an excellent product. As a retired electrical engineer I would recommend this product, it is very easy to set up, and install. Took me around 45mins to install, and about 20 to pair everything on the workbench. I am very pleased with the outcome, and happy I choose this. The App is easy to navigate and understand as I was used to installing systems,
I tested everything possible including the tampers on every device, which was detected and notified via the app, once the Cellullar sim was activated the signal was very good. I have the system set during the night on stay home and performed as expected giving the piece of mind all the property is protected.
Overall this product the Guardfather and Simon is excellent for a system of this level, I can monitor this system myself with no additional cost compared to a monitored system. The cost of additional accessories is very reasonable which you can add on at any time.
Customer service level from Simon was excellent and quick, and pleasure to deal with the designer direct not a recorded system, or any AI at all, a real person for a change.
Very much recommended

Simon isn’t my alarm fitter, in fact we live hundreds of miles away.
I needed support as my alarm fitter wasn’t responding, Simon kindly helped and resolved my issues. A massive thanks! I will be able to sleep well now. Once again, thank you so much for being kind and supporting.

What can I say everything came very quickly top quality items very easy to install had an issue but it was me not the product , spoke to Simon, absolutely outstanding knows the product fantastically well Guided me through the process, very easy to set up still done within the hour , absolutely 5 star service will use again Highly recommended
Tony

These alarm systems offer fantastic features that would rival other systems costing considerably more.
Instalation is really simple, but if you find you do need a little help Simon and his team will quickly solve any issues with a chat on Whatsapp. I found Simon to be extremely down to earth and nothing was too much trouble, I feel much happier knowing that my property is very well protected and that if I need help Simon and his team are there.
I can't praise Simon and Guardfather highly enough and would definitely recommend them whole heartedly!

Superb help from Simon in not only help resolve and issue with my current alarm....was absolutely brilliant and thank you so much.
Also asked about a deal on using his system on my new house when I move in during the coming weeks....appreciate all the help...top man.

We needed a motion sensor system with a loud siren hopefully as a deterrent and after some research this one had everything we needed. Simon was a dream to deal with and super responsive to all my (many) emails. We have the system set up only a week and it is already doing its job perfectly, couldn’t be happier and the app is really easy to use also. Would definitely recommend this system and no ongoing fees like some of the other systems i looked at.

Great product ans easy to use/install with excellent features.
What I find the most impressive aspect is the super prompt and efficient support.
There is a human being you can whatsapp and you get a very friendly and virtually instant response.
Never come across this kind of personal and efficient support.
Keep up the good work. It is is well appreciated.

Great service and communication. A++

Best team ever.

Great range of products all of which are very easy to setup. App is seamless with plenty of customisation to allow for full control. Customer service is next level, only a simple message away from getting assistance with any and all issues. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Excellent product, arrived within 2 days of ordering, and even better customer service from Simon! He answered every question I had prior to purchase promptly and nothing was too much trouble for him regarding the questions I had during set up. To be fair, setup was a doddle, even for a DIY novice and a technophobe like me! If you're considering a DIY wireless alarm system, you won't go far wrong going for Guardfather. Thanks for your support Simon, and keep up the excellent customer service you provide.

Thank you very much with all your help with my Texecom alarm!!!

Needed a security system and after a fair bit of research I decided on Guadfather. The YouTube video Simon made explaining the system and how to set it up is very useful.
The system came in a couple of days.
Fitting and setting up the system was easy to do. The one problem I had ( of my own making) was sorted straight away after wotsapping Simon. I wasn’t expecting a reply straight away as it was fairly late in the evening, but within a few minutes I got a reply which helped me correct my mistake.
Now the system is set up and working and it’s excellent. I’ve got a dog so needed a pet friendly system, which this is. The app is very easy to use and works well. I honestly cannot fault the system or the service I’ve had from Guardfather.

Easy to install and very impressed with the whole system and excellent Customer Service I would highly recommend this company to anyone that is after a good and reasonable pricing alarm system

Wanted a non-subscription, UK security system and found Guardfather online. System arrived within a couple of days and was straight forward to install with reference to the excellent YouTube tutorials. Just had one query about operability of the system which I submitted via the 'Contact Us' link on the Guardfather webpage; Simon had sent full details of what I needed to know within a quarter of an hour, with offer of further support should I need it! Very impressed overall and would certainly recommend.

I've left it a month since I ordered the kit so I could run it through its paces, see what works and see what doesn't, and I'm pleased to say once setup it's worked like a charm.
I had some initial issues getting it set up but this was through a faulty router, nothing to do with the Guardfather but I was still helped through the issue and once resolved the installation was a breeze, the packaging is really well thought out, the instruction videos are nice and clear. I was worried that I'd never seen this system reviewed on any other site, but after emailing back and forth I decided to give it a chance and I'm glad I did. It's worked flawlessly so far, and based on my experience I have no problem recommending it. Excellent, well thought out system, great customer service and I even got some free chocolate with the order which was a very nice unexpected touch but shows they care about the little things.

After carefully reviewing many alarm systems online, I decided to go with Guard Father, and I’m so glad I did.

From start to finish, the whole experience was excellent. The communication was fantastic, the pricing was very competitive, and the DIY installation was incredibly straightforward. Simon was always on hand to answer any questions I had, making the whole process simple and stress-free.

The system itself looks sleek and modern, and the app works flawlessly. It’s intuitive, responsive, and very user-friendly, giving me complete confidence that my home is protected.

I would highly recommend Guard Father to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality alarm system with excellent customer service. Five stars!

bought this system to replace my old house alarm, and fair play it was so easy to fit it was done in 2 hours and up and running, and the add-ones could be installed later on with no fuss, once ordered it arrived in no time and i can't believe the price very good and i followed simons vids to a tee i would highly recommend this system.

Simon has great knowledge and seems a great guy. Thanks for the help today we appreciate it
