If there was an option to give them zero stars. I would. This company is absolutely disgusting. Their service is as bad as their properties. From mould, to unsafe fixtures and fittings. No one wants to talk to you, they have no complaints process in place and they can’t even tell you who their regulators or complaint ombudsman is! Never buy a Guildmore property!

Get them away from Greenwich Borough! As a retired middle aged woman I have witnessed the elderly suffering since they started working in our community. Urinating on neighbour's walls. Shouting, swearing, leaving a mess everywhere. Damaging resident's property, and having no regards for the community whatsoever. They have been working on small flats of 8 homes for over two years, and not even a brick has been laid. They have been in the papers for their atrocious work, and we will be letting our local papers know about them. The scum of the earth! They should not exist! Avoid like the plague that they are!!

“Lucky” enough to be a resident next to one of their sites - no industry or local council rules are being adhered to including timings, noise levels, the phasing and intensity of the works carried out. It is almost as if they would purposefully wish to destroy the lives of everybody living nearby. An entire estate hasn’t slept or had a day of quiet (including Saturdays) ever since they started. It is after 8pm as I write this and they are still on site with a diesel generator running. To our amusement, recently, they started displaying a considerate constructor scheme logo their site! An absolute joke of a company and a disgrace to the industry.

used to work for this company and they have to be the most unprofessional firm I have ever worked for
-Total disregard for employee welfare
-Jobs falsely advertised - I was never even doing the job I signed up for
-Have underpriced many jobs in order to win tenders
-Often use a loophole in the system to make employees redundant when they dont want them anymore.
- Professionalism is out of the window for this company
-H&S no one cares about your life on their sites you have to take care of yourself if you still want to be alive
-Toxic environment no joy to work for them
-You need to be careful who is your line manager
-Be careful to have a list of responsibilities required for the job in hand from beginning.

I have bought I property through them and the aftercare support has been appalling. I have been facing an issue with plumbing for the last 5 months and they have complete stopped communicating with me. Completely dumbfounded they would treat their customers like this.
