Deleting Photo that still shows as the Main One
Drafting anything from an ad is difficult, but what makes it worse is in deleting a poor photo which was the first one to be added. The same photo still shows as the main one for the ad, so making the sale item look very poor quality, when it was the photo of a very high end item. This has lead to only two contacts in a month, and certainly not because of pricing!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback — we’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this must have been.
I can see your images on the advert, and they look great quality; they just need rotating. To change the main (primary) image, simply select your preferred photo and click the star icon in the top-left corner of the image — this will set it as the main photo shown on the advert.
Please feel free to give me a call and I’ll be more than happy to help you get everything set up correctly. We’re always here to offer support and advice on how to get the very best results from your advert, and we’d love the opportunity to turn this around for you.
I have updated the images for you. Please let me know if there is anything else I can help with. Always here to help.

Resposta da Guntrader Media Ltd
Thank you for your feedback. I’d like to clarify a few points for accuracy.
Our adverts are charged on a monthly basis, and you can keep your advert live for as long as you wish by renewing each month. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer unlimited advertising for a one-off fee — we are a business and have ongoing running costs — but we do work hard to keep our rates as low and fair as possible.
Advert pricing also varies depending on the value of the firearm. For example, I can see you currently have a shotgun listed at £3,850, and higher-value items fall into a different pricing band.
We’re always transparent about our pricing, and many sellers successfully use our platform month-to-month until their item sells. If you’d like to discuss options or need any help, we’re always happy to assist.

Thank you for your review. We’re pleased you found the advert easy to set up.
Our platform is a paid service to a targeted audience of genuine buyers, which is why we’re unable to offer free advertising. While we can’t guarantee enquiries or sales, many sellers do have success by keeping their adverts live over time.

We’re sorry to hear you’re disappointed, .Gun sales can be influenced by many factors outside of Guntrader’s control, including market demand, pricing, location, and timing. While we provide a platform to advertise, we can’t guarantee a sale. We work hard to offer visibility and tools to help sellers succeed, and many users do sell successfully. We don’t feel a 1-star review accurately reflects our service We appreciate your feedback and encourage you to contact our support team if you’d like advice on improving your listing.

Meh...
I was unable to adjust the pricing when I realised I'd made a mistake and charged too little for what I was selling.
I had zero genuine responses other than obvious scammers.
It only cost me £1.40 or something... But it was still a waste of time.

I’m sorry to hear the experience didn’t go as smoothly as you’d hoped.
Just to clarify, once an advert is submitted, the price of the item can’t be increased afterwards — the system locks it in because the advert cost is based on the item’s original listed price. I know that’s not ideal when you realise you’ve underpriced something, but we’re always here to help adjust or relist things if needed.
If you ever need a hand with pricing, relisting, or anything else at all, please feel free to reach out — we’re always here to help.
Thanks again for the review.

Hi Brandon.
Thanks for taking the time to leave a review — even if it came with some colourful language! I’m sorry the site gave you such a hard time. It definitely shouldn’t be freezing up when you’re just trying to get an advert posted.
I’m always here to help get things sorted, so if you’d like to give me a call, I’ll make sure we get your advert up without the hassle. And if you could refrain from the swearing next time, that’d be much appreciated — we’re all trying to keep things friendly around here!
Thanks again for the feedback.
